Well,
I have gone a week and a half now doing good on my new way of eating. Some people don't eat meat, well, I don't eat breads or sugars. I have jogged and walked the last 4 days too :-) I am feelin pretty good and my husband says he can tell I have lost a little. I love him.
My dogs on the other hand are VERY out of shape I have come to find out. When your dog stops and lays down on the trail gasping for air COME ON!
I figured with a history of diabetes, heart disease, cholesterol etc. I really need to stop with the processed foods and sugars. Keep your fingers crossed for me please because my other true love other than my Weeyum is... SWEETS. Luisa, you may need to find a recipe for low carb low sugar brownies and Mom same goes for our cobbler, Nan, can we make low carb low sugar banana pudding? :-( Maybe I will have a before and after picture to show this time next year...
