BILLY DEAN'S PIG PICKIN' PARTY is what his sign read when we arrived. This is one of our friends that works at the Rayonier Mill with Weeyum and we ride with him and a few other friends on the bike. Billy is so nice and likes just about everyone. It is nice of him to invite us each year with his family. He had Boston Butt, Beer smoked chicken and Wayne Wright sausages, baked beans, banana pudding, cobbler, mac n cheese, cole slaw, and boiled peanuts. Billy has this cookout every year on Memorial Day weekend for the holiday and his birthday :-). He rents the park that is right on the marsh in Fernandina Beach, FL. Last year Zachary came with us and he brought home about 12 Fiddler Crabs! We had them about 3 weeks and then we set them free...
